Seeking a skilled Medical Front Desk Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer phones with excellent communication skills and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Book appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Process payments and Medicare rebates with precision
  • Perform daily banking and financial tasks
  • Scan, file, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide general administration support to the practice team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent phone manner, outgoing nature, and polished personal presentation

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start. Standard hours are 8 hours per day, including breaks, with rotating start times from 7:30 am to 9:45 am.
