About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced concreter to join our Engineering Works Section. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on a range of concreting duties associated with the maintenance and construction of footpaths, cycleways, kerb and guttering, drainage, and other concrete slabs and structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of physical labouring duties, including formwork, placement of rebar, measuring quantity required, ordering, pouring, and screeding/finishing, surface treatment, and curing concrete based on weather conditions.
  • Operate various items of minor plant and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in all aspects of concreting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
