Office Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Office Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role will involve providing front of house and general office support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Lead Partner, including diary management and meeting scheduling.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to organise client events, onsite and offsite.
  • Manage front of house operations, welcoming clients and visitors, booking meeting rooms, answering calls and receiving and dispatching deliveries and mail as required.

As an Office Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting leaders and team members. You will be responsible for providing exceptional organisational skills, high levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, and a proactive approach to work and priorities.

About the Role:
  • Previous experience supporting leaders and team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with high levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, and a proactive approach to work and priorities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and creativity to achieve outcomes and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Exposure to event management is essential.
