Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dental Operations Manager to lead our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar role within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
