We are seeking qualified trainers to deliver Cert 4 Mental Health, Youth Work, AOD, and Diploma of Community Services courses.
Job DescriptionThis role involves designing engaging class content materials, delivering classes online and on campus, and conducting competency-based assessments and student evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) or equivalent;
- Current Employee Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one;
- A minimum of 1 year working experience within the last 5 years in industry;
- Excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude;
- Relevant skills in Microsoft Office, databases, and record keeping;
- A current police check valid within 6 months or willingness to obtain one.
This sessional teaching role offers a competitive hourly rate of $95.01 per hour, inclusive of 25% sessional loading plus superannuation, and conditions of employment covered by Victoria University's Vocational Teacher Enterprise Agreement 2019.
