This role involves hands-on work within our Assembly Lines to create top quality HVAC units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and installing insulation on panels, assembling panels into chassis sub-frames, and fitting components onto bases.
They will also be involved in measuring, marking dimensions, and laying out materials. Additionally, they will locate and repair faults, maintain accurate records, and follow job sheets and engineering drawings.
It is essential that the candidate demonstrates safe work practices and assists with other assembly functions on the line as needed.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of handling hand tools, a strong work ethic, and a team player attitude.
Key Qualifications- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
- Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable
- Australian driver's license and reliable transport are advantageous
