Job Overview

The Hvac Designer plays a key role in the engineering and design team, supporting the development of vessel designs from concept to delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and high-quality HVAC design documentation that meets procedural, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Evaluate HVAC systems for compliance with relevant regulatory authorities, specifications, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to provide technical support and maintain professional relationships.
  • Promote innovation and cost-effective solutions, contributing to process improvements and waste reduction initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
  • Refrigeration & Airconditioning Technical certification (Tradesperson).
  • Experience with vessel design in accordance with technical requirements.
  • A strong understanding of production methods and practical design application.
  • Familiarity with regulatory body rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of air-conditioning, heating, ventilating, and ducting products.
