Insolvency Recovery Specialist

As part of our team, you will learn how to help organizations recover from financial difficulties and support those undergoing insolvency or restructuring. This opportunity is ideal for a talented Accounting or Finance graduate with strong communication skills, empathy, and discretion to provide support to a small team of experts.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of insolvency files and prepare documentation for presentations
- Prepare correspondence to stakeholders, including reports for creditors
- Assist with thorough investigations and project planning for insolvency projects
- Collaborate with senior specialists to renegotiate client finances
- Evaluate creditor and supplier interests during liquidation
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for clients
- You will gain expertise in all areas of insolvency, including personal and corporate insolvency. These include voluntary administrations, deeds of company agreement, liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcies, and Part Xs
- Develop end-to-end project planning skills for takeovers and insolvencies of mid-tier corporates
- Cultivate thorough reporting and analysis skills for insolvency cases
