Job Title:

Project Coordinator - Sustainability Initiative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our planning and sustainability team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the development and implementation of planning and sustainability projects and initiatives. You will offer strategic support for large-scale projects and take the lead on smaller-scale projects, providing clear guidance and ensuring that we are on track to achieve our sustainability objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop business cases, project initiation documents, and implementation strategies
  • Coordinate project plans and track activities against project schedules
  • Provide executive support for committees and stakeholder meetings
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support planning and sustainability initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting obligations

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree with experience in project coordination or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to implement and monitor project activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing reports
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A team player who can collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability compliance frameworks
