This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Manager, responsible for leading and managing our store operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Conducting regular training sessions for staff to uphold and exceed service standards.
  • Leading product knowledge meetings to ensure team consistency regarding uniform requirements.
  • Inspiring and motivating staff, providing guidance and support, and addressing performance issues proactively.
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation and staff appearance to reflect brand excellence.
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations for smooth functioning.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of overseeing a large team and multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, training, and developing staff.
  • Flexibility with a rotating Monday – Saturday roster.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
