We are seeking an experienced Learning Lead to join our team in Melbourne.

Job Description

The Atturra Business Applications Change & Adoption team is responsible for implementing and supporting business applications across the organization. As a Learning Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to use these applications effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting ongoing learning needs analysis to identify areas where employees require additional training or support
  • Working with stakeholders to design and develop training programs that meet their needs
  • Leading a team of instructional designers and trainers to execute the learning plan
  • Developing and managing the execution of the training delivery schedule
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry or field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
