
Children's Services Leader

An OSHC Coordinator is required to lead the day-to-day operations of an OSHC service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess excellent leadership skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, planning, and delivering daily quality activities that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value. A strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting is essential.
The role involves preparing and serving healthy food options, creating an engaging and happy environment for children, and building meaningful relationships with colleagues, families, school leaders, and the school community.
The OSHC Coordinator will work closely with the team to ensure that all aspects of the program are delivered to a high standard.
- To be successful in this role you will need to hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care, or equivalent.
- You will also need to hold a current Employee Working with Children's Check and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training certificates.
