Director of Student Success

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our student engagement initiatives, focusing on educational outcomes and encouraging student participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead school processes for managing learner behaviour and supporting students in their learning journey.
- Develop strategies for Positive Behaviour for Learning and oversee support and interventions for students.
- Coach Year Level Coordinators to deliver policy-aligned and research-based student supports and interventions.
- Support the development of a quality Student Leadership program and mentoring/coaching programs.
- Lead curriculum development for the pastoral care program (Pathways).
- Implement targeted support strategies for disengaged students.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement priority group agendas and talks/workshops.
