Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education), the Director, Student Experience and Enhancement will lead the Student Experience Directorate's large team in its endeavour to deliver excellence in student services and a holistic ACU experience, collaborating closely with colleagues across the faculties and other business units such as Student Administration, Campus Ministry and First Peoples.

The Directorate is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements including Student Safety, and Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults. The work units include the Careers and Employability Service, Student Welfare and Counselling, Access and Disability, Safeguarding and Student Safety, Student Accommodation, Sport including the Elite Athlete and Performer Program and ACU Active, Medical Centres, Student Life, Transition and the Student Advocacy Service. These services support students to achieve their academic and personal goals.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual with proven experience in leading a similar portfolio of services which deliver student success. The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative and mission-led leader who will work in partnership with units and portfolios across the university to drive service transformation to enhance programs and services to students.

The Director, Student Experience and Enhancement may be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane .
