Key Leadership Position

About the Role

We are seeking a senior leadership professional to oversee sales across our managed properties.

The core objectives of this role include driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, developing and supporting sales talent, managing client relationships, and identifying strategic sales opportunities.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage key accounts, grow relationships, and work in a cross-functional manner with adjacent teams to deliver integrated sales strategies.

A key component of this role is the development and implementation of a scalable sales framework that empowers our network of properties to activate and execute local sales initiatives effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel or hospitality sales management at a senior level, proven ability to manage national accounts, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience developing training tools.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice President – Sales and will work closely with Property General Managers, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams, as well as third-party partners and clients.

Key Performance Indicators include delivery of monthly and quarterly sales reporting and insights, achievement of property-specific and portfolio-wide revenue targets, growth of key accounts, and successful implementation of tactical sales initiatives.
