Job Title: House Supervisor

Overview:

Capability Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our disability accommodations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage employees and support the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing client records for accuracy and providing training as needed.
  • Ensuring all staff are familiar with each resident's support goals and plans, consistently implemented and reviewed.
  • Leading and planning support for individuals with disabilities to participate in life areas based on their goals and support plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the disability sector, preferably in a SIL or group home environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with complex Case 2:1 support.
  • Responsibility for administrative duties, including records management, monthly reporting, and document control.

Benefits:

  • Most staff work 4-5 days a week, 20-35 hours.
  • Casual position.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 4 in Disability or equivalent.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if applicable.
