About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to lead our financial planning and analysis processes. As a key member of our Business Management team, you'll be responsible for providing specialised knowledge and supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with driving continuous improvement and a strong internal control environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and predictable reporting (internal & external), consolidated financial plans, and detailed analysis driving a results-focused organisation.
  • Support the team in reconciliations, ensuring timely clearing of reconciliation items and providing assistance on various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated P&L and cash flow forecasts, along with other management reports.
  • Implement process improvements in daily activities and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree-qualified professional in Accounting, with essential CPA/CA qualifications.
  • Experience in technical aspects of reporting and analysis, including balance sheet and P&L item analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other reporting tools.
