Job Overview:

This is a stimulating role where you will support our financial analysts to deliver high-quality audit services, enhancing their analytical and technical skills while fostering strong communication. As an Assistant Manager in our Audit Services division, you will be conducting external financial audits, reporting results to clients, and developing lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the conduct of external financial audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Building client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Opportunity to lead on some clients, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Travel may be required to meet clients and contribute to team projects.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • At least 3 years of prior External Audit experience in an Australian Accounting Practice.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • High-level technical knowledge, with the ability to apply it effectively in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience working with Manufacturing, Transport, and large Not-for-Profit organizations is advantageous.
