About the RoleThe Community Housing Specialist plays a pivotal leadership role within a highly supportive team - leading a group of experienced housing workers, overseeing further growth in our portfolio and striving for best practice in our housing services. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and improving systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing high standard of support and guidance to team members.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
You will ideally bring the following:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as social work or community development.
- Extensive experience in community or public housing tenancy management including in a leadership or management capacity.
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice and to the empowerment of disadvantaged members of the community.
We are seeking a passionate and solutions-focused professional who is up for making a difference in the Community Housing sector. You will be a true business partner that instils trust in stakeholders by demonstrating integrity and accountability.
