Senior Retail Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Retail Leader to join our team.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for sushi and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving store presentation, and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Strong hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service roles.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
