Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading teams of consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy, managing day-to-day project execution, facilitating client meetings, presenting findings, collaborating with EY-Parthenon and client teams, providing intellectual leadership, and building trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Lead teams to deliver high-impact insights and solutions that drive real results.
  • Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients.

Key Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic record, preferably in business or finance.
  • 5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, including quantitative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
