Job Overview

We are currently seeking a recent or soon to be graduate to join our organisation in Canberra.

As an Undergraduate - Risk & Assurance, you will be responsible for delivering insights that enhance performance and ensure compliance by conducting data-driven audits and building reliable, transparent systems that promote trust and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside clients in workshops and interviews to understand their challenges and explore solutions.
  • Develop practical, value-adding recommendations that help clients improve systems, processes, and culture.
  • Support the design and delivery of assurance and internal audits engagements across a variety of public sector projects.
  • Evaluate governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to understand how organisations really operate.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for change.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You are currently studying (or recently completed) a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or similar, with an interest in accounting, audit, public sector, or governance.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You have clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • You have strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
  • You are an Australian Citizen.
