We are a leading provider of Intensive Therapeutic Care services, working with children and young people who have experienced trauma to help them thrive.

About the Role

As a Caseworker, you will be the key advocate for children, young people, and their families, working closely with them to build strong relationships and develop personalized plans to promote positive change.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people, as well as their social, emotional, and physical health and education.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children and young people in achieving their goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the effectiveness of our services
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and young people
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Diploma in Social Sciences/Social Welfare or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People card, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's License
