Job Title

Lead Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to design and lead our OSHC program, creating a positive, nurturing space where every child feels seen, safe, and supported.

This role offers a fulfilling leadership position where no two days are the same, and your work makes a difference in the lives of 50-100 children.

  • Develop and implement a tailored OSHC program that reflects children's interests and needs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.
  • Support children's emotional, social, and behavioral development, fostering confidence and independence.
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality sessions every day.
  • Maintain accurate records while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Connect with local networks and services to strengthen community impact.
Requirements

You will need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA. You will also need to hold a valid Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check and a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate.

Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $37 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and $41 per hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.
