In-House Counsel: Transactional Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Counsel to join our team at Burgess Paluch. As a key member of our corporate legal team, you will play a critical role in advising on and managing complex transactions and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on transactional and advisory matters, including deal management and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with senior managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with transactions and investments.
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors to ensure seamless execution of transactions and investments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or investment environment.
- Strong understanding of transactional and advisory law, including contract negotiation and deal management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior managers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
