About the Client
Mahlab Recruitment is working with a leading healthcare business that is driving growth through strategic investment and acquisition.
About the Role
This is a broad commercial role with a transactional element, requiring a high-quality legal leader to provide advice to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and document material customer and supplier contracts.
- Support the Property Management team with strategic property transactions and advice.
- Lead M&A transactions and post-transaction business integration.
- Support the CFO with Board advisory matters and preparation of board papers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
About You
You will have years of PQE with experience in commercial law, M&A, and corporate advisory. Experience in a well-regarded law firm and in-house is preferred. Any experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage.
