Group Improvement Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team at Bega Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business-level expertise to identify improvement opportunities and work with sites to reduce waste.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and value creation. You will also support the development of a loss and waste strategy aligned with our Continuous Improvement framework.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project management of strategic initiatives and change projects related to value creation, governance, and capabilities.
- Identify improvement initiatives and solutions and manage their implementation within the business.
- Coach and mentor team members at all levels on continuous improvement principles and practices.
About You
We are looking for someone with exposure to project management and experience with conducting business analysis/process reviews. You should have operational improvement experience, with a process-driven and data-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt and work with ambiguity are essential for this role.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles and process/industrial engineering is highly regarded.
