About This Role

This role will see you work closely with hiring managers across multiple Service Line teams to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Drafting job advertisements that accurately reflect the requirements of the role
  • Candidate screening and interview scheduling
  • Developing deep understanding of our employer brand, EVP and employee benefits to effectively communicate Grant Thornton's point of difference with potential candidates
Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of positions
  • Develop a deep understanding of our employer brand, EVP and employee benefits
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team and senior stakeholders to understand changing business needs and identify talent requirements
