About the Role

RMIT is driving change in how students and staff experience its services. We seek a Service Transformation Expert with drive and expertise to turn complex service challenges into streamlined, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end process mapping to identify opportunities for service optimisation.
  • Drive improvements in timetabling processes, ensuring systems and workflows support the University's scale and dual-sector context.
  • Embed continuous improvement methodologies and use data to measure and demonstrate benefits.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the institution to deliver changes that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with strategy.

This role is not traditional – it's a unique opportunity to design future-state processes, reduce pain points, and create long-term efficiencies that enhance student and staff experience.
