About the Opportunity:- Full-time role as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist
- Located on Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick, with tram stops nearby and public parking options available
The Heart of the Role:
- Develop strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment
- Provide quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression
- Manage appointments, answer calls, update patient records
- Handle transactions securely
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures effectively
- Deliver patient care from entry to surgery recall management efficiently
What You Bring:
- Experience working at a Dental practice required
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and patient care
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proven punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients in a friendly, approachable manner
