About The RoleWe're looking for a Dental Assistant who brings skill, warmth, and initiative to our Mornington team. While surgical dental assisting experience is highly regarded, it's not essential — we're happy to provide training for the right person. However, you must hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.

You Will- Support our dentists in chairside procedures across general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
- Create a welcoming, calm experience for every patient
- Maintain immaculate clinical standards, including sterilisation and infection control
- Collaborate across the team to ensure seamless, five-star patient care
- Support with admin tasks, records, and appointments when needed
- Have 1+ years' experience as a Dental Assistant
- Hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Cert IV is a bonus)
- Bring empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Are proactive, reliable, and love helping others succeed
- Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
