Electrical Systems Installation Technician

\

This role involves installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems (LV/HV) on fixed plant and process equipment.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on electrical safety, isolations and permit to work systems.

\

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Installation of LV/HV cables in accordance with site and hazardous area requirements.\
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs and loop diagrams.\
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.\
  • Assist with commissioning and shutdown activities.\
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and project standards.\
  • Compile and review E&I MDRs.\
  • Work closely with supervisors and QA teams.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.\
  • Unrestricted Electrical Licence.\
  • Instrumentation qualifications mandatory.\
  • Current driver's licence.\
  • Construction White Card.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
