About the Role:

As a Property Assessing Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent customer experience in claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.

Triage inbound new claims and liaise with claimants, repairers, and other stakeholders to drive timely decision-making and life of claim outcomes. Maintain a productive work environment through effective planning and workflow management.

  • Maintain a consistent delivery of the customer experience within claims
  • Triage inbound new claims and liaison with stakeholders
  • Proactively maintain the Property Assessing allocation inbox with new claims and escalations
  • Maintain a productive work environment
  • Monitor and maintain customer experience portals and supplier-specific platforms
  • Review and report on trends/issues with Property Assessing portfolio
  • Maintain supplier invoices and finalize customer settlements
  • Ensure adherence with best practice claims assessment practices and processes
  • Support the management of Internal assessing claim portfolio

About You:

We are seeking an individual with experience in customer service roles, preferably in property claims. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, plan and prioritise effectively, and manage competing resources and demands.
