Customer Success Manager Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our Mid Market and Enterprise customers, providing exceptional assistance and support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing trust with customers as their primary point of contact
  • Strategically consulting with customers to devise strategies for increasing email and SMS revenue
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to help customers reach their business objectives
  • Building strong relationships with customers to drive executive stakeholder alignment
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical end-users
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management experience with a track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent program management skills, including scoping, planning, implementation, and measuring success
  • A trusted advisor who can assist customers in prioritizing initiatives based on competing priorities and resources
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email

  • Strong technical skills, including Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM software
  • Experience using email/SMS marketing platforms and E-commerce platforms

  • Mandarin speaking is an added advantage for supporting Asia expansion ambitions
