Are you ready to take on a leadership role in finance? This Senior Finance Manager position is an exciting opportunity to oversee end-to-end accounting and tax compliance services, mentor junior staff, and contribute to broader advisory and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders

Complete and lodge monthly/quarterly BAS and annual compliance requirements

Lead, mentor, and review work from junior accountants and graduates

Conduct research on complex tax matters and support client advisory services

Monitor job progress, meet deadlines, and maintain quality control standards

Identify compliance risks and support process improvements

Bulletin and manage strong client relationships across sectors

Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting projects as needed

Requirements:

CA or CPA qualified (near complete)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline

Senior Accountant: Minimum 4 years' experience in public practice or commercial accounting

Auditor: 2-4 years' experience in external audit (local or international firm experience accepted)

Knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards or international equivalents

Previous experience managing workflow or mentoring junior staff

Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting/audit software

Must hold full Australian working rights; sponsorship available for the Auditor role where applicable
