We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to assume the role of Corporate M&A Lawyer. As a vital component of our corporate team, you will be involved in high-profile private equity transactions and play an active role in deal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on complex private equity transactions, including private treaty deals;
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and provide strategic legal advice to help them achieve these goals;
  • Be part of a responsive and trusted team known for its extensive networks throughout the Australian legal and commercial landscape;
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3-8 years' experience as a Corporate, M&A Lawyer;
  • A strong interest in Consumer, Healthcare, and Technology sectors;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
