We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Customer Success team in Sydney. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through advocacy and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage client accounts by collaborating with clients from diverse industries to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise their effective use of our media monitoring platform.
- Educate users on the platform through virtual and face-to-face sessions.
- Collect customer feedback and implement improvements collaboratively.
- Identify opportunities to fortify client relationships and develop sustainable solutions.
- Stay informed about key events in the Australian media landscape.
- Produce reports, transcripts, summaries, and other materials for client use.
- 1-2 years' experience in a Customer Success, Corporate Customer Support or Account Management position.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Prioritisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and contribute to a supportive team culture.
