Senior Quality Assurance Manager

This is a senior position responsible for ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide and will report to the General Manager Engineering.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all engineering procedures and processes comply with Part 145 MOS;
- Monitor the quality system and audit the organisation's compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Manage the Audit Program, including requesting remedial action for identified quality and safety deficiencies;
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Eligible to hold a similar position under the CAR 1988 regulations;
- Qualification in quality management and/or extensive experience in aviation quality or safety management;
- At least 2 years' experience in quality management systems;
- Knowledge of different aircraft types and maintenance operations;
Additional Requirements:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to engage with subject matter experts;
- Good level of analytical and report writing skills;
- Well-developed IT skills (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
