Senior Inventory Manager


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee inventory, stock control, and efficient deliveries in our kitchen operations.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards and store general and perishable goods effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and stock levels for BOH operations
  • Coordinate efficient deliveries and receipt of goods
  • Enforce compliance with food safety regulations
  • Store goods safely and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar
  • Food safety knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with inventory management systems highly advantageous
  • Ability to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg
  • Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices
  • Must have full work rights in Australia
