Lead Ultrasound Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Ultrasound Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing clinical teaching, oversight, and leadership for ultrasound trainees.

  • Provide high-quality educational programs for students from initial to final stages of scanning.
  • Collaborate with the ultrasound leadership team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Mentor and guide students to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for student evaluation and feedback.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the ultrasound education program.

Requirements:

  • ASAR registration.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a general sonographer.
  • Thorough knowledge of scanning techniques and anatomy.
  • Experience mentoring, tutoring, or teaching students.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
