About The Role
As the
Radiology Clinical Director for Tasmania
, you will lead the strategic direction and growth of our radiology services across the state. Your leadership will promote best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence.

You will mentor and guide a dedicated team, encourage sub-specialty development, and champion ongoing education and professional development to keep our team at the forefront of diagnostic imaging.

With a diverse clinical mix including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, and interventional procedures, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a respected local provider known for quality and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the radiology team statewide
  • Oversee quality assurance and service delivery
  • Promote sub-specialty interests and continuous education
  • Drive improvements in patient care and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with the broader IDX network for knowledge sharing
  • Foster a supportive, team-oriented culture

You Will Have

  • FRANZCR qualification with high proficiency in general radiology
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a radiology environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Subspecialty skills in Women's Imaging, MSK, MRI, or interventional radiology are highly regarded
