About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Expert to join our team at Endeavour Group. As a key member of our International Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and supporting our Regional Sales Leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage weekly and monthly performance reporting insights, providing clear communication of key drivers.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on portfolio case rate volume, pricing, trade spend efficiency, and other key commercial metrics.
  • Proactively communicate commercial impacts that will have an impact on the portfolio, ensuring alignment between multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop initiatives to improve visibility and accountability of business Sales and Profit performance.
  • Support strategic and project analysis to drive improved returns on Trade Spend Investments and CODB spend.
  • Proactively work with key stakeholders to optimise ways of working, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Play a key role in the forecast and budget processes for the business, providing accurate and timely insights.
  • Clear and effective communication across multiple groups of stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in commercial finance and business analysis.
  • CA/CPA qualification, with advanced experience using financial systems and reporting tools in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Strong presentation and storyboarding skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information simply and effectively.
  • Advanced time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to prioritise team efforts to support business requirements.
  • Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and partnership.
  • Desire for ongoing continuous improvement and process excellence, with a passion for driving business performance and growth.
