Delivering Culturally Responsive Early Childhood Services

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in delivering family-centred services to children aged 0–9 with developmental delay or disability in the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area (NPA).

About the Role

  • Work as part of a supportive Early Childhood Approach team to deliver family-centred, culturally responsive services.
  • Support children aged 0–9 with developmental delay or disability to reach their full potential.
  • Travel to and work in the Torres Strait Islands and NPA—including remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to provide assessment, early intervention, and capacity building.
