About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Facilitator. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing early childhood specific initiatives, prioritizing the participation and engagement of all children in development and learning pathways.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing early childhood specific initiatives that promote the participation and engagement of all children in development and learning pathways;
  • Undertaking early childhood specific project-based work to ensure outcomes are delivered in a timely and effective manner;
  • Preparing quality reports, submissions, briefs, and correspondence associated with priority projects and initiatives;
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, great time management skills, and previous experience relevant to the role.
