Early Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the early childhood development of vulnerable children and families.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement programs to strengthen family relationships and promote early intervention and prevention activities.
  • Support the provision of information, advice, and referral pathways to families.
  • Enhance awareness of children's wellbeing and support holistic approaches to early childhood education.

This is a unique opportunity to work with rural and remote communities in QLD, visiting children and families on station, and learning about rural life.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct home visits and provide parenting support to families.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and organizations.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address health issues affecting children and families.
