Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to real projects in sustainability, product innovation, and technical excellence as part of a two-year graduate program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in a two-year graduate program with hands-on experience across real projects and operations.
  2. Contribute to research, testing, and quality initiatives supporting nationwide operations.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the bulk product range and its performance in concrete applications.
  4. Assist with routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials.
  5. Support product development and innovation aligned with the carbon reduction roadmap.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineers and scientists.
  7. Work in both lab and field environments to support compliance and quality outcomes.
  8. Gain exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance.
  9. Contribute to technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  10. Participate in structured rotations across various sites.
About You
  • You hold or are completing a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
  • You have a desire to apply technical knowledge in a hands-on, practical setting.
  • You display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • You exhibit excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
  • You possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with people across disciplines.
  • You are willing to relocate for rotations.
