Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our craft brewery.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar marketing position and possess a strong understanding of analytics to drive consumer engagement. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans, crafting captivating content, and managing our social media presence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our brand
  • Craft compelling content for PR campaigns, social media, and print media
  • Manage our website, online store, and social media presence
  • Design artwork and marketing collateral for events and promotions
  • Collaborate with designers and artists on label and collateral development
  • Implement initiatives and promotions in sync with executive, sales, and venue teams
  • Support event promotion with the venue and events teams
  • Foster partnerships and sponsorships aligned with our marketing goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of analytics to drive consumer engagement
  • Demonstrated graphic design skills with Adobe suite proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited for a fast-paced environment
