About the Position:

This role involves providing customer service and support to individuals contacting the free helpline service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering current and accurate information on skills, training, and post-secondary pathways in Victoria.
  • Handling inquiries and complaints using relevant systems and engagement tools.
  • Collaborating with a small team to ensure continuous improvement in services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORTING AND LEADING STRATEGY AND POLICY WORK ON WHOLE-OF-VICTORIAN-GOVERNMENT PROJECTS.
  • PROVIDING HIGH-LEVEL STRATEGIC ADVICE WITH A LONG-TERM VIEW TO SUPPORT GOVERNMENT POLICY SETTINGS FOR THE TRAINING SECTOR.
  • MANAGING THE PREPARATION OF CABINET SUBMISSIONS, COMPLEX BRIEFS, CORRESPONDENCE, AND REPORTS.
