Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Customer Experience Specialist to join our Penrith site. This role offers a rewarding experience with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, test drives, delivery, handovers, and post-purchase check-ins.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail environment with face-to-face and online customer service.
  • Able to maintain high standards, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
  • Skill in building rapport and strong relationships with customers.
  • A valid driver's license.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
