Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Service Crew Operator in our underground mining operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced candidate to join our team and contribute to the success of our mine. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing quality and timely support services, ensuring operational targets are met in a safe, environmentally compliant, and efficient manner.

The job entails carrying out various tasks relating to ventilation, water, power, ground support, and compressed air. This includes operating tools and equipment such as elevated work platforms, integrated tool carriers, light vehicles, and other hydraulically operated mobile machinery.

In addition to these duties, the successful applicant will be required to provide preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and organizing the timely repair of operating equipment.

Actioning tasks in accordance with environmental policies, controlling, containing, cleaning up, and communicating all environmental spills with particular attention to oil and hydraulic leaks are also essential aspects of this role.

About You:

  • We require experience in underground operations in a service or paste crew capacity.
  • Truck operation experience would be advantageous to your application.
  • You must hold a Dangerous Goods and Working at Heights ticket.
  • A valid manual driver's license is essential.
